Cebu Pacific will begin operating direct flights between Manila and Riyadh on March 1, 2026, giving overseas Filipino workers more affordable and accessible travel options to and from Saudi Arabia.
The budget carrier will mount four weekly flights on the route. Manila–Riyadh flights will operate every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, while the Riyadh–Manila leg will run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Cebu Pacific President and Chief Commercial Officer Xander Lao said the route aims to support OFWs in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, citing their contributions to their families and to the Philippine economy.
“We remain committed to providing reliable and accessible connections for Filipinos wherever they may be in the world,” Lao added.
The airline said the new direct service will offer an affordable fare between the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, with passengers saving up to 57 percent on roundtrip tickets compared to other options.
To mark the launch, Cebu Pacific is offering a seat sale from December 9 to 13, with one-way base fares starting at ₱1, exclusive of surcharges and other fees. Travel is valid from March 1 to October 28, 2026. From December 9 to 31, discounted fare bundles that include seat selection, meals, and baggage allowance will also be available.
Riyadh will be Cebu Pacific’s fourth long-haul destination, joining Dubai, Sydney, and Melbourne.
